Ok, can we get some real assessments now?
Ok, I will give some real assessments. Now if you don't like them... well tough shit
SATX - Got Quinn as his QB but it is his only QB. As long as Quinn stays healthy he should be good there. RB is another story, he only has Pittman and if Troy steals his rushing TDs like he did last year SATX will be in trouble. But SATX makes up for it with WRs. He has depth but his #1 WR has the problem of having an inconsistent QB. K & Defense he should be fine. My ranking is #10
BB36 - Troy was a great pick, nothing more can be said there. RB is kinda weak. After Darren he has backups and part timers. Ringer is his #2 and MSU is a passing team especially when they fall behind. Another guy starting 3 WRs and they are good. But will be interesting if Booty can get him the ball or if Booty will click with the other talented receivers. At kicker he has Crosby, but too bad his team might not score enough points for him, but the back up might end up being the better option 70% of the time. On defense he is weak. S. Florida would be a nice #2 Defense but not a #1 defense. Overall my ranking is #3
FKA - While we bust on him for taking Leak he should be a solid QB. With no running game he should put up some good passing numbers. At RB FKA has 2 studs starting and a nice mix of #3 starters and backups. WR he has 2 great WRs in Hardy & Burgess. Too bad Hardy will disappear once we hit the Big Ten schedule but he has the backups in place to not take a major hit. K is strong and a nice mix of defenses. My overall ranking is #7
Bucky Katt - Will Harrell continue the Texas Tech QB tradition? Or will he be replaced if he stumbles? That will make or break Bucky's year. RB has 2 studs and a nice mix of backups that can fill his RB/WR spot nicely. At WR Bucky is stacked again with 2 uber-studs and backups that can spot start during bye-weeks. Bucky should be fine with K and he does have the Ohio State defense. While we all love our defense it is young and will take a few weeks to get up to speed. But it is a question mark for fantasy purposes. My overall ranking is #4
Kevin - The QB situation is weak. While Tate is a good player he doesn't have the receivers he needs. Iowa will grind it out so his numbers won't cut it. And the backups aren't special either. At RB he has Peterson but will he be able to put up numbers versus the 8/9 man fronts he will face? He does have depth but not super star depth. WR is a weak lot with no stud amongst them. He will need some breakout years to get production. K is ok and the Texas defense should be fine. My overall ranking is #11
Piney (ME) - While I don't have a stud QB I have 3 good QBs they should all be able to put up numbers. The question is can I mix and match correctly to get the best production out of them? At RB I have uber-stud Michael Bush and then question marks. Can Pinnix & Andrews produce like their starters from last year? If so I will have 3 stud RBs. But it is still a question mark. At WR I have another uber-stud in Jason Hill. But can I find another starter? Swift, Williams & Thomas can put up numbers... but will they? And will I play them when they do? Coutu is a solid kicker and mixing Florida & Georgia's defense should work. My overall ranking #1 if Pinnix & Andrews comes through. (No bias eh?

)
Soldier - Brohm at starter is a question mark. When he played last year he didn't put up great numbers. Why? Cuz Louisville blew out their opponents and just ran out the clock. Throw in coming off from injury and he is adequate at best. The key will be if Olsen & McCoy can put up numbers. At RB I love Soldier's RBs! Little will put up numbers and Stewart & Washington should do the same. And if PJ Hill gets most of the carries in the Wisconsin offense then look out! At WR Samardizja is a solid #1 and the rest should be able to mix and match to get decent production for a #2 WR. Trlica as K is solid and Auburn's defense should put up numbers. My ranking is #2
Kinch - God bless Kinch and his QBs. He will need it. But each has potential to put up numbers. My guess is one of the 3 will emerge to be a good fantasy QB. Kinch is stacked at RB. Sutton & Walker form a great 1-2 punch and Foster is a solid #3. But no depth... hopefully the injury bug doesn't hit. WR is solid but not spectacular. But he should be able to mix and match to get some numbers out of them. Kickers are weak and defenses are average. Kinch has to hope one of his QBs break out or he will have to pray that his RBs outscore everyone else. My ranking is #9
Scooter - Pat White is the sexy QB but will he put up enough numbers? Or is he a glorified RB? Sick part is White might put up better rushing numbers than his RBs. A weak group as Booker is the star and that is not saying much. The make or break point is will Davis lose carries to uber-frosh CJ Spiller? WR is a good lot lead by Ginn, but nothing relly flashy after him. Kicker is weak if Pretorius doesn't win the starting spot but his defense should be good with FSU. My ranking is #12
Oneshot - Carpenter becomes his starter and is thanking his lucky stars that he was able to handcuff Keller or he would be in trouble. Slaton & Darby make up a solid RB group with some decent backups. His WRs are decent and probable will put up numbers. But will he start the right ones to maximize those numbers? Danelo is a solid kicker and the Oklahoma defense will have to make plays to make up for a bad offense. My overall ranking is #5
BN27 - A solid group of QBs led by Stanton who should put up numbers. Powers will be a solid backup. Lynch leads his RBs but while there are not name players it is a solid contigent with Leonard & Cornish. But compared to some of the better teams his RBs are average. But what he takes as RBs his WRs should shine! Urrutia is a stud and McKinight should put up numbers at Notre Dame. Then he has the right mix of backups if played correctly will put up good numbers for him. Hetland at Kicker is solid and the West Virginia defense will be interesting. My overall ranking is #8
BkB - Taylor and Mitchell while not stud QBs will put up numbers as a good rotation can maximize their points. At RB there are question marks. Bernard leads the group but then can Markey & Woods put up similar numbers to the guys they are replacing? That will be where BkB will make or break his season. At WR he has stud Hicks and steady Steve Smith. Carr should break out too so there is 3 very good WRs to pick up any slack from his 3rd RB if need be. Ainsworth at kicker will put up points and the LSU defense should so the same. My ranking is #6
