Cleveland Indians (official 2012 season)

Felix had close to 130 pitches through 8, he would have been 145-150 had he tried to finish it...that's a lot of pitches, even if you don't believe in limiting guys with pitch counts.

Well, that and he had to get out of a boatload of trouble in the 8th. He did it brilliantly but, you can help but think he emptied the tank doing it. Had he gone 1-2-3 in the 8th, I think Wedge lets him go back out there.

Meanwhile, what about Tomlin? A little dicey early, but, basically after Saunders double (who scored in the 5th), he started throwing his curve for strikes and was lights out the rest of the way.

pitched a great game...deffinitly more of the tomlin we saw most of last year...we need him to be like this to have any chance of doing shit this year, among other things...a series win here in seattle would be nice since Detroit is currently playing Texas right now

Anytime they can get a non meltdown outing from Ubaldo it's a big win.....he's gonna lean on the edge all year though probably (his WHIP is at 1.50 which is bad)

Good to see a winning trip to the west coast, hopefully they can win at least 1 of these next 2 with Oakland....then they go back home to face the Royals and the struggling Angels, so hopefully some momentum keeps building

Going to the game vs. Poo-holes and the Angels Friday night. Go ahead and chalk up the "L". My all-time Tribe game record? 21-52...yes, I've kept track. Though, in all fairness, much of that was in the 80s-early 90s in the old Muni.

I am thinking of going Tuesday for the KC series opener. I saw 3 games at home last year against KC and we slapped them around all 3 times.
