If he's anywhere near as good as he was in Akron, I have to think he'd be up no later than after the AS break. Perez is getting the job done, no arguments there, but I think Hagadone is the long range answer at the back of the BP. Not this year, maybe not next, either, but down the road. Kid has dominant stuff.
