PURE RAGE slams the door...another series won, 1st place, +2. Maybe these guys ain't so [Mark May]ty...tied for the best record in baseball and the best run differential (+34, +10 better than 2nd best). Wow. Who'da thunk it.

I believe that it's a four game series with game 4 being tomorrow. But, yeah, the resiliency on this team certainly is refreshing. After yesterdays comeback attempt came up disappointingly short and a slow start today, they came roaring back in the sixth, seventh, and eighth to secure the victory. Love what I've seen of these guys.

Yeah, my mistake...it is a four game series.

However, this division is...

I'm not going to think to dream that the Tribe win the Central, but just looking at every other teams' current mess, the Tribe ain't sitting so bad. Long way to go, but this is a heck of a lot of fun in the mean time.
Yeah, it all feels kinda surreal. I keep waiting for them to fall back to earth, but they keep surprising me. We all might as well just enjoy the ride as I didn't figure to get to 13 wins until sometime in May...and never expected to say the words "first place" in relation to this team unless it was something we didn't want to be "first place" in. I'm sure they'll stumble at some point, I'm a natural pessimist when it comes to my professional sports fandom, but at least they're entertaining the hell out of us.

Yep, seems like at worst- they fail at some point, but we get to see some good, entertaining baseball, and watch the young kids develop. At best- we get to see some wins. I'm definitely back in full Indians Fever mode. Feels good.

Unfortunately, win or lose, I'm always in Indians fever mode...they are, by far, my favorite pro sports franchise, so the last three years have been pretty rough. I'm a Browns fan, but the love I had for them before they moved to Balt still hasn't returned...probably because it's been bumbled so badly. The Tribe is always my first love, so this is pretty sweet.
