Cleveland Indians (2011 Season)

a win off of verlander tomorrow would be huge...cant be dissapointed if we do lose tho...took 2 out of 3 from detroit...best case scenario is a sweep...as of now we are right back in the thick of things win or lose tomorrow

Today would be a great day for Jimenez to pitch like he is capable. Both pens are going to be toast for the rest of this series.

Question, if you look at the radar and you know a storm is coming it seems like it would be smart to use the pen to start the game and then bring your starter out in the 2nd or 3rd after the delay. Looking at the radar in Cleveland last night you knew there was going to be a delay and I'm sure someone that knows weather had a pretty good idea exactly when it was going to hit.

I'm no weatherman nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but I did see the radar before the game with my Iphone Weather Channel app. It looked like a narrow, quick moving front that stretched from Buffalo to Indianapolis and which might last 20 to 30 minutes. Hourly forecast said same thing. Instead, it hit Cleveland and just stopped for about an hour.
