saw some delusional pirates fans on X saying the Pirates should go all in and get Kwan
- no chance in hell they get him, but i do think he's traded today

I know a lot of people hate trading Bieber because he's a name and the 4th Cy Young winner in a row they've ended up trading...but getting anything promising for a guy over 30 who hasn't pitched in 2 years and has had more Tommy John surgery than Tommy John just might be a savvy move.

If Kwan doesn't get traded today I can't imagine him making it to the opening day lineup for the Guardians next season.

Glad to see Kwan still with the club. He’ll get a roaring ovation at tomorrow night’s game. Bummed about Bieber, but I get it. He was on the block in Francona’s last season, and frankly would have ended up there too last year had he not gotten hurt. The young gun they got in return is 9-1 with less than a 2.50 ERA at AA and throws mid 90s gas. I’ll take it.

Not sure if this is a formality, but it certainly doesn't look good.
My favorite part of this entire thing will be how MLB slithers away with zero responsibility or accountability and make no changes to baseball gambling.

I was at the game today. It's always exciting to see a MLB Debut, especially when it's a well-regarded prospect. Even though the box score shows an 0-fer, I liked his at-bats. He didn't look like a deer in the headlights and looked comfortable. He may have been awarded a hit if Brooks Lee didn't make a great play, picking the short hop during his second at-bat.

Williams almost managed the impossible - get the Guardians their first no-hitter in over 40 years.
They still managed to sweep the Mets, who are barely in second place when it comes to highest payroll.

That was a huge series sweep though against a good team. Hopefully the keep the momentum going
They are also only 6 games back of Detroit now. On July 6th they were 15 1/2 back.

I’m about to jinx it, but schedule is incredibly in our favor…
Just need average starting pitching, with a solid bullpen, combined with decent hitting on our side, and this could get fun.
It’s not college football, but postseason baseball is incredible….hoping we claw our way into it.
