I had a question, are most Buckeye fans Brown fans as well. Our are more Buckeye fans Bengals fans? I live in California, but was born in Ohio and moved here at a young age and am a huge Buckeye fan, just always wondered about this... And what about the Reds and Indians?

Only those of us that truely despise ourselves and enjoy eternal suffering are Browns fans. :)

A majority of people who are Buckeye fans are either Browns or Bengals fans (depending on where in Ohio they are from). There is also a large number of Steeler and Buckeye fans here as well. This is so because so many people are front runners and would rather believe in nothing and root for a team that wins more rather than stick with one team. They are the scum of the Earth.

From my perspective the largest percentage of Buckeye fans are also Browns fans. Followed by Bungles, Steelers, etc. That's just because the Browns have the largest miserable fan base in the NFL.

I agree..........Buckeye fans are also the majority of Browns fans but i was
surprised when i moved down to Florida and found out that the fan base for Browns and Buckeyes is overwhelming down here. I have been a Browns fan
since i was a kid in 1951. Now alot of us seniors of that era are gone and have lost interest in Browns football because of what happened when Modell took them out of cleveland.

At one time the Cleveland Browns had the most popular fan base for pro-football for a long long time. And now theyare one of the most suffering fan bases today...........but yet still faithfull to a degree. The younger brown fans can hardly remember how close we came to the Super Bowl in 1987.
Bernie Kosar almost got us there twice. Its a time i will never never forget.
and alot of Browns fans today would not want to talk about it today because it brings back so much misery.

It definitely doesn't have anything to do with Pittsburgh being closer to many eastern Ohio cities than Cleveland or Cinci.

1) Browns
2) Bengals
3) Steelers

That's what it looks like to me anyways.

I'd kill for that misery now.

I've said time and again here, I'm not sure how much of a fan I am anymore. I actually take pleasure, in some sick way, from their ineptitude. They're a comedy troupe to me. I don't know how I'd act/feel if they ever became a real franchise. The Browns died in November 1995...this has been just some lame attempt to bring them back, and it's failed miserably.
