Cleveland Browns (official thread of Masochism 2015)

Charles Robinson ‏@CharlesRobinson 2m2 minutes ago
#Browns get C Cameron Erving. Every scout seemed to have good things to say about the guy. 10 year #NFL center.

My problem isn't the players, it's like LJB has said...not the excitement I was used to and now I don't know what to do. They actually went with sensible long-term interior line picks. Weak sauce Brownies.

Hope Johnny gets caught doing something weird tonight to spice it up.

Erving is Farmer's notice to the NFL that if we have another interior lineman go down, our running game and season aren't going in the tank with it.

Not the sexy pick, but it could have been MUCH worse, like Dupree or Perrimen. No thank you. Not only do the Browns have the best Oline in the NFL when healthy, but have quality depth across the board.

I can see that - I just think they could have traded down a bit and still got him.

I'm never disappointed with quality linemen...I just question the draft value at that spot. But if they didn't like any of the WR outside the top 3, then I am happier with him than a crappy pass rusher with character issues

Aren't there still a bunch of WR's?

Devin Smith, DGB, Sammie Coates, Justin Hardy...and don't NFL WR's come out of no where a lot? We're not talking missing out on Megatron here. But I admit to having paid 0 minutes on draft coverage this year. Too much other crap going on.
