Ethics aside... you know there are going to be serious repurcussions from doing this....
When I took Anatomy in HS, we had to go to a slaughterhouse and got to mill around while they "dissassembled" some "beef." The only thing I learned from that is how completey messy the process of providing me with steak is.
I don't see how you are going to learn any more about the digestive process from watching a cut open live dog than you would say from drinking a case of very cheap beer... I mean.. you get a full personal digestive experience the day after a Schaefer Light Bender.
