A day to make money obviously.
Traded Lowe to Cleveland and Ferguson to St. Louis-saved about $2MM in salaries for the rest of the year. Also got $250K in International bonus pool money!!
Kept Stephenson and Singer for the big playoff push. It will suck to watch them both walk for nothing whenever there is baseball again but hey-when you have a window to compete for a World Series you take it and keep big time players like that around.
Reds fans watching the rest of MLB function......

The fucking Dodgers are rebuilding the Big Red Machine, have the best player on Earth and an incredible roster, then go out and get the best pitcher on Earth, just because. Oh yeah, they're about to get Glasnow back who hasn't even mattered this year for their staff which is already brutal. This season is already decided folks
But the Reds are afraid to spend a penny and stand pat on a team that's 15 games out of first in the division. This is way past under my skin and I know there's nothing going to be done about it.

A’s walk the first two in the inning as bad teams will do.
Reds say “hold my beer” and get down to their last strike with those guys still stranded on base…as bad teams will do.
A’s say, “no, hold all my beers please” and uncork not one, but two wild pitches to get those free passes across the plate no matter how determined the Reds hitters were to strand them….as bad teams will do.
Nothing like meaningless, bad baseball to kill time before football starts. A Cincinnati tradition for 30+ years.
