Just in case any of you were wondering how bad a baseball team can be, the Colorado Rockies are, through 156 games, 37 games behind the Reds in the standings and are being outscored by an average of 2.59 runs per game. My father in law, who even Cleveland Browns fans probably feel sorry for, nonetheless continues to watch them.

Every pitch to him in batting practice tomorrow needs to be low and outside in the zone. Punch that shit into right field, not roll it to SS every damn time for a double play. Or foul it off. Lil too late to teach him that fundamental? Yeah, suppose.

These guys hit tonight like they've never seen a fastball with no movement at the knees ever before.
