The slo-mo of Elly's strikeout swing against kershaw showed him looking out toward shortstop on his swing, not down at the ball where it meets the bat. He's probably always hit like that. He does almost nothing fundamentally right. You can't hit what you can't see. How will he ever figure this shit out if he doesn't do the simple fundamentals.
