Imagine someone is holding you under water long enough to come close to drowning and then you finally break free, come to the surface and take a huge breath. Take a minute to actually imagine that feeling.

The Reds need to lose like you needed that air.

Reds this season. 1-3 against the Braves 1-2 against the White Sox 1-4 against the Nationals 3-4 against the Marlins. When you’re trying to make the playoffs, you can’t lose to bad teams consistently.

I'd rather have an elite defensive catcher who can't hit than a mediocre defensive catcher that hits well for a catcher.
