He will get stupid expensive in arbitration but he's not even arb eligible until 2027 at which time there is very likely going to be a lock out so who the fuck knows when they actually trade him but you do know it's coming.

Seems safe to assume Elly will just never learn how to throw runners out at 1st. And I can't understand why he can't do it. That wasn't Dave Collins who hit that ground ball to you, El. Just set your feet and make a strong throw like every other major leaguer, minor leaguer, college, high school,... Maybe he's just never watched a game on tv, lol. That is not how to play the infield.
