I would cut/fire/bench go nuts on any pitcher at any level beyond HS that nibbled like that against bad hitter with men on base.

It's just impossible to condone. Two of the worst pitch sequenced at bats I've ever seen.

I'd cut the fucking catcher too just to be sure.
