Ive grown to hate openning day in this city.
for the same reasons I hate St. Patrick’s Day. a bunch of young dicks showing up in mass with the only intent of getting as absolutely drunk as they can without any care in the world about baseball. its a ‘hip(ster) day’ to be seen in public in a walmart Reds jersey and a douchey IPA in your hand. I fucking hate it. wont see any of those douchecanoes at another Reds game the rest of the year but will be at ever party at Sawyer Point this summer.

if I still lived for this team like I did from 1974 to roughly 2002 I would be. along the way I have gravitated to the Red Sox (who are also looking like hapless dicks so far) who I saw at Fenway many times during those same years.
I am completely apathetic to the Reds. Hunter Green now needs TJ surgery...the organization is a cursed train wreck.

6 more innings of putrid offense. down 1-0 top 7. castillo actually pitching a fantastic game but mil has a run bc he balked a runner to second before a 2 out hit for the games only run.
