I was not in the fire Taylor camp, but I am getting close now. We might have just ruined a generational talent for a pillow fight with a 2-7 team in a year that is already over. And its not hindsight, everyone saw it coming. I am mad beyond words.

If we could manage to lose out, we might be in a position where another team would give us a ton to grab a QB. If we could get a premier OT in free agency, I would be a big fan of trading back and getting Pitts at TE. If we can't get an OL in free agency, I'm also more than content with Sewell at LT if we're in the top 5.

You have to: a) be willing be drop some bucks to sign a free agent. b) be a franchise a free agent would want to join. c) keep your starting QB go so you can let your rookie spend a year learning while the old guy gets the shit kicked out of him.

I really don't understand how we don't give Finley a shot to try and be the backup? Oh well. Hope we lose out and somehow end up in a spot where we can trade back to a team that wants a QB.
