Cincinnati Bengals (Same Ole Bengals)

I’m left feeling the same way I always do after a Bengals draft.
They picked players for positions of need. I just have to assume none of them are any good.

It’s the Bengal way. The other is to pick someone with real talent and the haggle with them until they fight to leave.

Pros:
Really cool to play in Bernabeau - one of the planets most legendary stadiums
Week 8 game in Europe likely means Week 9 bye week. I like that! Bye week in the middle of the season is always nice.
Decent mild weather. Cincinnati isn't frigid in November (I live here) but we avoid a cold weather game.

Cons:
I'm so sick of NFL Europe games. This is the fourth time in five years Atlanta has had to go abroad (2x London, 1x Berlin, 1x Madrid)
We lose a home game for this
Miss me with the "grow the game" nonsense. I know why we were chosen. Atlanta host Spain 2x in group play and (likely) 1x in knockout stages in the World Cup. This is some messed up type of international corporate synergy where some knob at the NFL office said "Hey! They'll love the Falcons once they play twice in the Benz! Hate it.
