Your optimism omits the distinct possibility something stupid will occur again to this cursed team.

Chase tearing a knee ligament. Brown getting arrested for domestic abuse. Hendrickson getting into a car accident and ending up in the hospital. Tee being abducted by aliens.

Something completely unexpected and bizarre may yet be lurking out there in our future.
