It’s pretty noticeably better I think.

The problem is we keep updating the woody but it’s an overall aged building dating back to at least early Tressle days (probably even older than that). Only so much you can do with a building that’s dated.

Tear down some of the slum lord spots in town and build anything on them and it would be an improvement. They are building too many multi family dwellings everywhere so open up some space that doesnt include more of that shit.
