The only uneasiness that UC fans will be feeling is when someone asks them to name someone on their team other than Pike, Collaros or Gilyard.

I'll be at that one. I know it's not likely, but I'd like to see a good Zooking in that one. It's too bad they probably (as Lee Corso would say) "shot their wad" by beating the Skunkbears - though that was well worth it in its own right.

I dunno. Clemson is 5-3 just like Oregon State is. I guess if you wanna argue that USF is better than Virginia that's fine, but USF is their second best win and it's not that good of one. Their record looks good but until they beat West Virginia last week all of their victories came against the likes of FSU, Syracuse, WKU and a couple FCS teams.

That was certainly ugly. I knew UC has issues on defense in spite of the fact they were only giving up 13 points a game. Fresno State exposed their D-line with the power running game weeks ago. I've said that Pitt will be the one team who will exploit that in the Big East. I didn't think it would be UConn, though.
Oh, well. I'd rather win ugly at home by 2 then do what Iowa and Oregon did yesterday. Again, I just want to see UC win the Big East. I have no delusions that they are NC worthy. I just want a BCS game. Baby steps. :)

Why yes, yes they did.

And that win by VaTech led to some irrational hope from ESPN that the ACC would be worthy of the MNC race this year. Beyond some entertaining games from teams completely forgetting how to play defense (or offense as the case may be), the ACC has been pretty bad.

since a lot of the players are from the Cincinnati area and the majority of them are from Ohio, I'm sure the average UC fan could name more than those three.
...but keep it working. You're acting the same way as the UC fans you're bitching about/trashing and I doubt you're smart enough to even realize it.

Cinci scored once, their defense could not stop the run, they could not run, were dominated in time of possession, and turned the ball over more.

I'm pretty sure they were dominated.

So by me pointing out that UC already made a baby step last year, I'm acting like the arrogant UC fans who know nearly nothing about their own school's team, let alone the game of football? What the hell are you even talking about?

I work at a Buckeye store. I get UC fans in there bragging about their recent success, and they can't back it up. I'm not just making this shit up. I'm speaking from experience. I hear about "OHIO'S BCS TEAM!!" or "the best team in Ohio" or "big brother" or whatever the fans who were nonexistant a couple of years ago say every day.

I think Ohio is the best team in Ohio based on what I've seen of the two teams. The bandwagon fans I'm insulting with my comments don't realize this either.
