Rock, Flag, and Eagle
I browsed to the /forum page and got the attached red screen. Next I clicked on the Safe Browsing Diagnostic link, and the white screen appeared. Finally I clicked returned to the previous page, and everything was fine.

Clarity mentioned in a post last night there would be some site work done this morning around 9:00 (lasting approximately 20-30 minutes) perhaps you were just trying to navigate while the work was being done...
