Chris Clark (UCLA Signee; transfer to ???)

Rivals $ - Clark has an impressive trip to UVa

Says lead recruiter for UVa Marques Hagans is probably his favorite coach...talks about what Coach London is trying to build at UVa...says his father is really high on UVa after the visit and they all liked the academics...also recaps his visit this past weekend to Maryland...likes the idea of playing in the D.C. area...next weekend he will visit Penn State and North Carolina.

...talks about what Coach London is trying to build at UVa...
This is probably off topic, but in year four at Virginia, London managed to go 2-10 and 0-8 in conference. That was his worst season yet and brings his record to 18-31 and 8-24 in the mighty ACC.

Two things: 1.) can year five really still be considered "building a program" when year four was your worst season by far? and 2.) when does the sheen of "building a program" wear off and people conclude that you failed to build anything and are just failing?

Again off-topic but as it relates to recruits considering UVa: I almost added at the bottom of my post that I will literally guarantee that any recruit who commits to UVa this year will be playing for a different coach by the time they graduate. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind London does not last more than two more years. Like 86, I think he is likely gone after this year. CBS ranked them 109 out of 126 schools last season with only perennial doormats like Purdue, Cal, Eastern Michigan, UAB, USF, Hawaii, Idaho and 0-12 Miami (OH) ranked lower. The QB battle is wide open going into this year and they are already talking about how much of an impact they NEED guys like Andrew Brown and Quinn Blanding to have on defense. Their 2014 non-conference schedule is UCLA, Richmond, Louisville, at BYU, and Kent State. That looks like 2-3 entering conference play to me. They have Pitt, UNC and Miami at home and Duke, Georgia Tech, FSU and VT on the road. I don't see a road win on that schedule. Which means IF they win 2 of 3 at home (most likely Pitt and UNC) that is a final record of 4-10. Like 86 said, I just don't see how they can keep him around with that kind of performance in year five.

247 $ - Already on it

Jarrett Stidham has been talking to him on Twitter about Texas Tech...mentions North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Ohio State, Michigan, South Carolina, Arizona State and Texas Tech as standing out.

One update like that and the lemmings are already starting to crystal ball him to Texas Tech...
