i was thinking the same thing. i'm sure they would love to return the favor from when the Sox swept them in the last series of the year to keep them out of the playoffs in '05.

Go Twins!

Everyone is sleeping on this team, but they are going to have the AL batting champ (Mauer) and probably AL MVP (Mourneau).

They are also one of the youngest in baseball. The pitching is up and down, but they had 5 pitchers who won at least 10 games.

Call me a homer, but I think its clear Ron Gardenhire is one of the top 3 managers in baseball. He has been doing this (scrapping out championships with small payroll and small ball) for the past 6-7 seasons.

Future is bright.
