Carne asada burrito. Steak in lime juice, onions and cilantro w/wo white cheese. Their green sauce is hot hot hot and perfect.
25 years ago it was awesome. Looks like it still is.

Looks like a good meal, that. Prefer mine with chile verde, as well as fajita vegetables (peppers, onions, etc). Even if I get a breakfast burrito, have chile verde sauce on it. Making me hungry right now.

@ORD_Buckeye have you been to Kayao in Old Town?

It's a Peruvian restaurant with some Japanese/Chinese influence.

I tried the Tasting Menu there last time I was in town and thought it was very good.

First Course: Oyster with amarillo tigers milk & Cassava Truffle






Second Course: Ceviche Kayao (Fish, octopus, crispy calamari, ají amarillo leche de tigre, Peruvian corn)



Third Course: Roll Achevichado (Yellowfin tuna tartare, shrimp tempura, yuzu acevichada sauce)



Fourth Course: Arroz Con Mariscos (Peruvian-style seafood risotto, 12-month aged manchego)


Fifth Course: Panna Cotta (Vanilla, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar honey, quinoa pop)


Yes you read that right, QUINOA!!!!

It was so good, even @Nutriaitch would've enjoyed the quinoa pop in the dessert!

That’s the Peruvian I’m mostly familiar with but the fancy place was recommended to me and it was worth the price
