That's fancy Peruvian, the Peruvian food that I know looks like this@ORD_Buckeye have you been to Kayao in Old Town?
It's a Peruvian restaurant with some Japanese/Chinese influence.
I tried the Tasting Menu there last time I was in town and thought it was very good.

It was so good, even @Nutriaitch would've enjoyed the quinoa pop in the dessert!
