Hi guys,

I am new to the forum so hopefully I am posting in the right place. My name is Ben, I'm a 20 year old communications major at the University of Louisville. I am originally from Portsmouth, Ohio, and much of my family hails from the southern Ohio area. I hope to one day become a news reporter or news anchor, and am working on refining my skills and getting some experience by creating videos of prospects for the 2015 NBA Draft. My first piece was on D'Angelo Russell.

I was hoping you guys could watch and give me some constructive criticism and feedback on the video. I am looking for ways I can improve my approach and become better on camera as well as ways to improve this video series I am working on.

Nice job. Seems like you put a lot of work behind your video so props to you. I guess since I saw Russell play all season you really did not shed any light on him to me or probably to anyone else in Buckeye Nation who watched him play. I think the last part of your video regarding the "big games" could have been left off. Maybe a very brief verbal of his performance in "big games" would have been better. Less face time of yourself would probably enhance the video. You could be talking while showing highlights of Russell. Overall,, I think you did a very good job and good luck in your pursuit of your career goals.
