Cheap shot in Kenton Ridge/ Tippecanoe game

Near the end of this clip, you see a Tippecanoe player run a long touch down run of about 83 yrds I think.

At the end of the run, after the TD has been scored and he is slowing down, A Kenton Ridge player, blasts him on the back, launching him onto the goalpost.

The act drew a flag. But the player was not ejected and not suspended for the season finale this week.

What do you think? Should he have been?

Coach needs to sit him for the final game. Complete cheap shot and could have really hurt the other kid.
