There’s definitely a good base to work from, but there’s clearly still a fair bit of work and growth to be done to get to the level that they probably need to be to really contend in the B1G. I liked what I saw, and while there will definitely be some frustrating stretches/games with this team, it should still be very fun to watch.

Charleston Southern is visibly terrible lol. Its nice to win games like these like they should though, they are on that track.

Yeah, hard to take much away. All of the B1G teams have ended up dominating their cupcakes in similar fashion other than a couple close-ish games. Yeah, Minny barely beat Western MI but Gophers are waiting on getting a couple key guys back from injury, particularly Jamison Battle.

I enjoy watching our team right now but clearly they need to work on the defensive rebounding and turnovers. I think the shooting is what it is, it will be a little up and down this season.
