No power in Buffalo Stadium has caused the game to be timed by stop watches and such. Best part is Buffalo got a delay of game, with no real clock.

I was at the game and it was the craziest thing I have ever been to. A hot air balloon hit the transformer which caused the entire stadium to black out. Both the bills and bolts were flagged for a delay of game penalty which was completely ridiculous.
