Anyone know if he ran and worked out at the combine?

If so what were his measurables and numbers?

I think the Browns are seriously considering him with the 12th pick and I would like to know exactly what we're looking at. I know he had a great college career and the early Brian Urlacher comparisons are extremely high praise. I heard he is faster than AJ, I would just like to know exactly how fast.

This doesn't say whether Chad ran, but if he did it doesn't sound like he beat A.J. These LB speeds are sick.

Faster and better

The linebackers group produced an unbelievable amount of fast guys. This might have been the fastest group ever. There were three prospects that ran under 4.5 in the 40-yard dash: Thomas Howard of UTEP (4.46), Jon Alston of Stanford (4.45) and Ernie Sims of Florida State (4.46).

Former Ohio State linebacker A.J. Hawk is an unbelievable player and competitor. What we saw him do in these drills were tremendous and he turned in a time 4.59. He was joined by three other athletes who also ran under 4.6: Brandon Johnson of Louisville (4.51), Miami's (Ohio) Tarna Nande (4.54) and Miami's (Fla.) Leon Williams (4.59)

A total of 38 linebackers were on the list to work out and 34 of them ran. Four other did not run because of medical reasons. Thirteen linebackers will also work out as defensive backs/safeties, most notably Chad Greenway of Iowa and Howard of UTEP.

There have been conflicting reports on Greenway's performance at the combine.

He was being ripped on the NFL channel on Sirius for not preparing for the combine adequately because of his slow times and low BP reps.

On the other hand, the NFL experts at Scout said he was impressive during the LB workouts on Tuesday morning.

his 40 and bench press were less than impressive for an LB. I am not sure he will play LB in the NFL. I know he worked out with the DB's per some teams requests. He seems like a guy that could drop to the bottom half of the first round, but then again rumor has it that Phily loves him and he won't fall past 14. He is one of the really interesting guys to watch during this years draft IMO.
