2002. Whew boy. 10 losses and one tie were cut out of me like a tumor. I could breathe again. That shit felt like getting off for 2 days straight. Like after watching the taped post game sportscenter and whatever the wsyx post game was called for the 30th time over 3 days. Just when it started to get old you'd bust a mind nut again when you hear the crowd noise peak as Will Allen falls to the ground with the ball and you're like FUCK IT RUN IT BACK. Fiesta time in the Shoe. Who's ready to party Columbus?

You are too young to remember beating Iowa in '85 or The Game 1987 the but they were the embers that kept a young Buckeye going during a hard ass stretch before Tress showed up.

I remember my grandmother crying tears of joy after the 2001 game, and I had no idea why. The only other OSU game I had watched before then was the 97 Rose Bowl.

Right there with you. I thought that they were going to Cooper that Game literally until the last second. I was so ecstatic with that win that I wouldn't even have cared if they'd lost to Miami by 40 points.

And then they somehow beat scUM South, which made the scUM North win even better.
