He made a statement actively trying to hurt our recruiting. He said something along the lines that if he were a parent he wouldn't let his kid commit to Ohio State because Tressel style was antiquated.

Like everything else that comes out of his mouth about the Buckeyes, he gets away with it because he played here. If he said things trying to sway players from committing to Notre Dame, Alabama or USC, he would get dragged by everyone for being extremely unprofessional. He's supposed to be a broadcaster and he's actively trying to effect what happens in the sport.

His comments about Ohio State last night were the same, he was blatantly saying things that could effect our recruiting and then saying "Trust me! I played there!" to put a stamp of authenticity on his statements.
It was funny after the game ESPN specifically went to him about to ask what's next like he has any super special buckeye insight.

I think what worries me is that this is OSU shooting their load. I think having Oregon next might help reverse that since there will be a revenge factor involved. But still..
Could've said the same after 2014 Wiscy. I doubt it. That just looked like the team that was waiting to be unchained by their coaches all year. They're gonna give the Ducks hell

I think the stage too will make sure we come ready every game. If we beat Oregon we would then likely have Texas in Dallas. Then probably Georgia in Atlanta.

I don’t think there will be any issues getting the team ready
