The future's so bright, I've gotta wear... shades.
Well, I usually love this day as it is always around March Madness and everyone gets happy.
This year was a bit bitter sweet for me.
Day started out, well, with a funeral of an Irish grandmother of a friend, then there was the wake (great food and open bar). Afterwards, over to other friends house for corned beef and cabbage. Once we were filled up and perfectly sober, went out to a local irsh pub for a couple of Guiness.
On my way home I hit the "lottery" by getting popped for speeding and then a DUI soon followed because the DUI Task force was out en-masse and double checking all traffic stops so they could make their quota (don't give me any shit about "there is no quota", we all know the holidays they like to pad stats with).
Anyway, spending 24 hours in county for consuming a couple of Guiness and having a lead foot sucked ass this year.
Hope the rest of you had a good St. Patty's day. I want to forget mine this year.

My day was a million times better... Wife and I welcomed in our Daughter on St. Patty's day. No shit the first nurse was Irish and the baby had redish blonde hair... I was kind of expecting her to come with a pot of gold at this point.
