They’re saving every penny they can....it’s actually pretty embarrassing. The Davis family doesn’t have the money to sustain the franchise until the move to Vegas....they’re just putting leaves over holes in the meantime. It’s what triggered the trade of Khalil Mack and they were happy to cut AB.
