normally I would say that it is a positive, but this kid's love of scUM and FSU are well documented. I also had some info late in the game that had Peters leaning to scUM (after being hosted by his cousin James McKinney) and we all know how that worked out. nevertheless, I hope we can at least get Dionte down here for camp and/or an official visit (preferrably to see us pound on Michigan in November).

actually your source was right, when Peters was in AA he committed, when he got back home he changed his mind. Rumor was that mom pulled a Kellen Winslow Sr. on her son. lol

I believe the appropriate term this year is "pulling a Vidal Hazelton Sr."...

Here's hoping the family bonds are a little stronger with Gant and Allen.

Dionte holds offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Ohio State, Iowa and Purdue. His favorites are Michigan, Florida State, Miami, Notre Dame and Ohio State. He says he grew up as a fan of FSU and Michigan.

Dionte admits the Michigan staff changes have made him reassess his position with the Wolverines, but he does have a strong relationship with Coach English. He is waiting on an offer from FSU, but lists Michigan, Florida State, Notre Dame, and Ohio State as early leaders.
