"Just fine" and "solid" usually are not used when describing first-round draft choices.

Hmmm...If Mr. Henry won't be joining the Bengals this year Jarrett would be tough to pass up (IMHO). There are big needs on D, but the most recent slip-up makes a large potential hole at the 3rd WR spot.

He has too much talent not to be a 1st rounder. When it looked like we were likely to play USC, I was scared of the thought of us covering him.

Heh, doesn't matter who's at QB for the Raiders right now, until they get that line fixed up and get all their players on the same page. I'll be honest, I am a serious raider hater but it's starting to get old having them be at the bottom of the league every year.

Supposing for a second that Jarrett was in fact "less than impressive" as Jwin's link suggests, I just don't know why you throw away years of film of DJ producing on the field.

Honestly, pro talent evaluators don't put much stock into "years of film of [insert name of prospect here] producing on the field." The NFL is a different ballgame.
