I'm not a lawyer. I don't even play one on TV. But how does this damage her? Does she think that someone out there is going to quit watching her show (does she even have a show anymore?) because of whatever it was that's pissing her off? (I don't even remember the skit.) Or was there someone who was thinking he'd buy the Carol Burnett show on DVD, and now isn't going to, because of Family Guy? How does she come up with $2 Million?

Maybe it's simply because Fox didn't (evidently) get her permission to use her likeness in the show.

Back in the day, she, Harvey Korman, and Tim Conway put on quite a show. It was live and improvised. Many's the skit they could not complete without busting a gut right on the set. And that made it even funnier.

(Aside: Conway's slowpoke schtick was a riot in itself. He was born in Cleveland, and if memory serves, did some radio work early on with Ghoulardi.)
