    • one of our BIG top producing reps was having a very unique problem with our software, and its taken me several weeks to get finally get a resolution. Today i sent him the fix and asked him to please let me know what happened after he did the fix. he just sent me this email:

    " you are terrific! It works! Thanks for hanging in there and finding a solution to this weird and frustrating cyber glitch. I’m a very happy camper."

    This guy is not known for his praise, so this is a very satisfying email to receive. then i look at the message header (date/time, from, to, cc) and i notice that he copied the 2 highest members of senior management, and the President/CEO of the company! This was one of the best feelings that i have ever had professionally!

    Just had to share, now back to the regular topics of the open forum, HOMO's!

    You're fucked. Don't you know that when you do something good and senior mgmt finds out about it only two things happen, and they are both bad. One they expect you to do more good things, all the time. Two they start heaping more shit on you, because you are a "go to guy" now.

    You need to fuck something up royally and soon, or your posting days may be over due to the amount of work that will get thrown on you.
