The Capital Area Humane Society here in Columbus has a special $25 adoption fee for all cats and kittens this month. Kittens usually cost $100 and adult cats are usually $70.
I went to adopt a kitten today and didn't realize that they were having a special. When the lady told me it was only $25 I almost fell out of the chair I was sitting in.
