Can't give rep

an imbecility, a stupidity without name
This problem popped up a few days ago, went away, and is back now. When I try to rep somebody, I am able to choose whether the rep is positive or negative and enter a comment, but I can't submit the rep because no submit button is displayed.

I tried refreshing a few times, closed my browser, and tried to rep other people. I even tried just pressing enter, but I got an error saying the post couldn't be found (and it is still there).
 
You successfully repped me the other day, although no message showed.

er.. I mean, you didn't rep me, so if the problem is fixed, rep me now. :biggrin:

Some UCLA Bruins might be conspiring to stop you from three-peating in your rep-giving.
