FWIW,

Cap City Diner has changed their menu after years of sameness. The old menu was good, they just needed to update it.

They took off some items that will be coming back. (wedge salad, salmon BLT)

They did put on some other items that looked very good including a Kobe beef burger with blue cheese and bacon.


They also took their ginormous chocolate cake and made it even bigger.

From what I have heard and read other places he wants to focus on his new Italian resturant, and ocean club, thus selling of the fish market and the steak house.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Columbus-based Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is selling two-thirds of its 33 restaurants to the Ruth's Chris Steak House company.

The 94 million dollar deal includes 19 Mitchell's Fish Market restaurants, which are called Columbus Fish Market in Mitchell's hometown. The other locations are scattered east of the Mississippi.

Also being sold are two Mitchell's Steakhouse restaurants in Columbus and a Cameron's Steakhouse in suburban Detroit
