How many QBs does Chicago have to draft and fuck up before folks realize where the problem lies. They’re right there with the Browns.

I would say this play is evidence of exactly what kind of player he was at USC.
Williams has a lot of great attributes (arm talent, toughness), but he plays hero-ball far too often.
At USC, he was often forced into hero-ball by a crappy OL. This is example of hero-ball by not taking what the defense is giving.
