A payout on this might be nice, but then again it might not, it may cause an asian country to get the plague or floods or something, so never mind, just leave it like it is unless you hate asian countries then please pay it out.

It probably took so long to pay out because BYU finally got around to playing San Diego Stata instead of San Diego State.
