I am shocked and amazed at all of the folks that are watching TexPN after all that BS and grief that TexPN gave you guys.

Please say it's just a guilty pleasure...

Who else is showing the games?

We watch live events, not analysts and shout shows.

They're the only other game in town for football games outside the BTN. We're stuck with the shitty monopoly until ESPiN becomes irrelevant enough that they stop their shenanigans.

Oh SEC, I'm trying so hard to keep my excitement bottled up but with a BYU win and ECU with the ball in SC territory and up by 14-0 I can't help but crack a smile. ND down to USF doesn't hurt either. Please football gods, see the upsets through to completion...PULEEEEEEEZ!

Poor BYU. Wins like this have to be so hollow when you don't have a conference name to chant afterwards.

I don't know who was calling the game but at one point BYU got stopped on some play and the announcer says something to the extent of plays like that don't work when you play against a team in the SEC.

Classic Nutt. Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

When leading by six points, late in a game, faced with a third-and-27 at your own 21, with a brand new quarterback under center, and with one of the best punters in America on your sideline, you -- all together now -- run the ball and punt!

The man is a buffoon.

Ole Miss did not do either. Ole Miss asked the brand new quarterback to chunk it deep. The quarterback was hit by a blitzing linebacker. The quarterback fumbled the ball away. The blitzing linebacker recovered in the end zone and the Ole Miss Rebels lost to BYU, 14-13.

Seriously, I think he's retarded.

(Offensive Coordinator David) Lee said he was trying to "get us a little bit out of a hole." So he fired up a steam shovel and dug a much deeper one.

"I trusted Stoudt, I trusted the protection," he said.

Just once, don't you wish a coach would say, "You know, that one was all on me?"

David Lee is too.

"We had a max protection and the tight end just got beat," said Nutt, and doesn't that quote make you want to scream? The tight end didn't call that ridiculous play. The tight end didn't make the other questionable call, either, the one with 3:28 left.

Ole Miss had it fourth-and-10 on its own 46, with two timeouts to burn. So you punt the ball away, right? You pin BYU deep, get the ball back and take one more shot.

"I just felt like time was a factor," Nutt said. "Punting didn't cross my mind at the time."

The Rebels ordered up a screen -- a screen! -- that went for no gain.

I hope he stays in Oxford for a long, long time. The entertainment value is off the charts both from the Houston Dale Nutt buffoonery and the deluded fans - who we tried to warn - expectations and reactions.
