I'm hoping BYU joins the Big East in football to give the Truck Drivers some competition beyond the Juggalos.

Yes. I was happy the referees called the 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct on the fans for rushing the field too early. Fairly sure that's the first time I've ever seen that enforced, and it needs to be done more often.

It wasn't just the fans, either. Utah's bench was guilty as well.

I wanted BYU to hit the FG and then win in OT so badly after that. It would've been hilarious. :lol:

I think the underlying point that people are missing is the much-discussed argument of when students should rush the field or not.

I once saw about 40-50 Colorado State students rush the Mile High field when they beat Colorado a few years ago.

Utah beat BYU at home and it's not like BYU was a Top 10 team.

A victory over a main rival (CU/CSU, BYU/Utah), a victory over a #1 team, or clinching a conference title/undefeated season is fair game to me.

Nothing beats scUM fans rushing the field when they beat a 5-4 Illinois team.
