Burn or Tan?

Tan effortlessly due to being 1/4 Syrian. My wife is from German stock and is pasty white. Most of the kids seem to have inherited her skin but they're still young so the jury is out.

I tanned very well as a kid, but I burn rather easily now. I'll use SPF 30 when going to a beach.

same here... my kids are the same way... everyone always says what great tans they have.

I burn very easily.

When I went to Florida for spring break a month ago I put on 30 proof block all over and then went out to the beach. Needless to say, the next two days I had to stay out of the sun because the burn hurt, and I remained red (but with no pain) for over a week.

It sucks.

Burn first, then begin to tan. Got a good burn on Friday, out doing yard work.

Just tan here... as more wrinkles creep in though Im much more diligent about sunscreen, even though I have never burned.

I usually tan, but the first time out in the summer I will burn if I am not careful, but after that, I will tan.
