Wynn's numbers with the Browns: 22 for 54 (40.7%), for 167 yards, no touchdowns, one interception, and a passer rating of 41.2. His one start? He lost 48-0. That's serious suckage.

The kicker? Wynn was drafted ahead of Tom Brady in 2000.

Ryan Leaf managed a QB rating of 50, albeit barely.
