Buckeyes cheated at NC State?

As I have said before...officiating football is extremely difficult. Look at NFL refs...they wouldn't be there if they weren't the best...yet they still make mistakes every week. There are no perfect or even great refs. These guys do their best every week...I'm sure some have been paid off...but it probably doesn't happen nearly as often as people like to say it does...if it did...wouldn't they get caught more often?

going into their game against VT, NCST was averaging 12 penalties per game. That means that they managed to amass 10 penalties against richmond. are you kidding me? how can you get flagged 10 times against a 1AA school? Of course, this, along with their 10 penalties against VT won't ever make their way into a Hooley column.
