I want to match the v1 million bonus for any new monthly donors during the Spring Drive out of my personal vCash.

I've had v7,000,000 taken out so far, which means we have seven new monthly donors. That's an increase of over 30%, which I think is great but still not enough.

I have cleared this with one of the board moderators.

My plan is to give to BP irrespective of what happens with this.
Here is the deal I will make.

On Saturday April 16 I will participate in my 20th MS walk. I am a little shy of half my fundraising goal with this.

For every person from BP that donates at least 20.00 to my walkathon (and one BPer already has) I will add 10.00 to my BP subscription for this year.

Think of this as a win win win situation. win- you support a great cause, win- doing so means more $$$ for Buckeye Planet, win- for those who itemize you save a little on taxes.

MS is a particularly nasty disease. It attacks the nervous system. Triggers are different for each individual.

Mom was diagnosed in 1988. Since then she has had to give up driving, cooking (or anything else that involves sharp objects), walking, anything that requires manual dexterity.

MS has been in my life in many ways. It has taken the life of a good friends mother, it has my mother in its grip, a good friend, a cousin. It also has Dallas Lauderdales mother.

They are making great strides with this disease, and money going to the MS society goes to research and support for those with the disease.
