We have 20,369 registered members. How many of those members have been active in the last month? Is there a way to track that? If we can identify the number of active members, we can then get a good idea of what is needed from each member to sustain the site.

Another idea would be to start a new forum section. Let's call it something like BP member locations. We could have all 50 states represented and that would make it easier for members to connect with each other and set up their own events with the contributions benefitting the site. Just spit balling here.

We're still working on how to do subscriptions as steady cash flow is great (but any type of gift is appreciated)


The absolute minimum will be $350/month, if there are no surprises, long support tickets or big upgrades.

$1400, so that we have 4 months of coverage... and stay at least one month beyond triggering the slow shutdown when we hit 3 months or less of funding.
